Placing an Order
All orders can be done one of two ways, either online or over the phone, which ever is more convenient for you. Rest assure orders placed online are safe, easy and fast.

Upon completion of your order you be e-mailed an order confirmation that documents the details of your transaction with us. Please don't delete this e-mail as you may need to refer to it at a later date. If you don't see it there then you might want to check your spam folder, sometimes e-mails find there way there too.
Canceling an Order
If you find yourself needing to cancel or edit an order prior to it shipping then please call us immediately at 1-877-512-1188 (NOTE: Closed for Holidays: Dec 24th-Jan 1st (please email firstname.lastname@example.org)) for assistance. An order cannot be cancelled or edited once it has shipped, therefore the sooner you contact us the better. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you will then be subject to our return policy. Please see our Return Policy for details.
Applicable Sales Taxes
Tax laws regarding purchases made over the internet vary from State to State. For Oklahoma-based companies with retail internet sites (Kites.com), taxes will be charged to all orders shipping to an Oklahoma address, regardless of where the purchaser resides.
