Kites.com is dedicated to bringing you our products and services at the lowest prices. If you have found a lower price on an item, at another authorized dealer, we will match it. It's that simple

Before you contact us, please have the following information ready:

1. Competitor website address / URL.
2. Item and Model Number (identical brand and model number to the Kites.com product)
3. Total Item Price (including shipping charges and applicable taxes)
4. Important: Price match must occur before purchase.

Now that you're ready, contact one of our customer service representatives, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (Central Standard Time)

Restrictions - the product must:

• Be an exact make and model of the one carried at Kites.com
• Be new and in its original packaging.
• Be in stock with the price currently advertised.
• Not be a closeout, sale or clearance item.
• The price considered will be the total price (including shipping charges, taxes, etc.).
• Price matching does not apply to membership clubs or auction sites such as eBay.
• Price-match products are not eligible for special offers or discounts.
• The Kites.com Price Match Guarantee cannot be combined with Kites.com online coupons or certificates.
• Typographical errors will not be matched.
• At this time, price matching will be honored only for Online Stores in the United States.
• Offer limited to a maximum of one price match per item.
• Offer limited to stock on hand.
• Competitor must have a website with a shopping cart, method of payment and contact (phone and/or email).
• All price matching is at the discretion of Kites.com and is subject to change at any time.
