We try to make our return process as easy and straightforward as possible for you. If for any reason within the first 30 days of purchase you are not happy with your items and they are still in new or unused condition then we will accept your return. You must call or e-mail us first, though, for return authorization of your items. This is to ensure we properly document the issue and you are well informed on the return process. After all, who likes surprises?
Purchase price (minus shipping costs) will be refunded once returned items are received by one of our warehouses. Afterwards, your refund will be processed in the same manner in which you paid.
If it's deemed that the returned items are due to a manufacturer defect or perhaps were a packing mistake by us then you will also be reimbursed for any return shipping costs.
